Before your next takeoff.
Who Rasnad is for, what the first release will cover and what you can explore today.
Who is Rasnad built for?
Architectural firms, interior-design studios and their in-house quantity-surveying teams. The planned workflow supports architectural quantity preparation, tender BOQs, design-stage cost planning and revision review.
What will Rasnad measure first?
The Saudi launch focuses on architectural and fit-out quantities from 2D documents: floors and tiling, partitions and blockwork, ceilings, wall finishes and painting, and door/window/glazing schedules. MEP, structural, civil and automatic 3D reconstruction are outside the launch scope.
What drawings will I need?
The first-release focus is vector PDF floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, sections, schedules and specifications. XLSX/CSV rate and BOQ imports are planned. Scanned PDF/JPG/PNG acceptance is under pilot review. Native DWG/DXF/RVT/IFC support is on the roadmap; prepare PDF sheets for the planned launch.
Where do the material and labour rates come from?
Your company supplies or approves the rates. Rasnad combines them with reviewed quantities to calculate line amounts. The sample uses illustrative rates, not live supplier quotations or a verified Saudi market-price feed.
Can my team check the AI quantities?
Human review is central to the intended workflow: inspect drawing references, confirm scale, check deductions and record missing information or assumptions before pricing. The sample lets you edit quantities and rates. No validated accuracy benchmark has been published.
What can I export from the sample?
A real CSV bill of quantities with descriptions, quantities, units, material rates, labour rates, line amounts and drawing references. Open it in Excel or another spreadsheet tool. All project data and rates in this preview are illustrative.
Can I upload my project today, and what does joining cost?
AI processing and project uploads are in development. Today you can explore the sample, edit rates and download its BOQ. Joining the Saudi waitlist is free and creates no account or paid subscription. The example plans on the pricing page are illustrative. Pilot dates, final pricing and invitations have not been announced.
